The TV Answer Man – Follow me on X.
Netflix this week (April 13-19, 2025) plans to add 12 new releases to its streaming lineup. Here’s the one to watch, in my humble opinion.
Oklahoma City Bombing: American Terror – Netflix Original Documentary
Release Date: April 18
On the day before the 30th anniversary of the domestic terrorist bombing of a federal building in Oklahoma City, Netflix will debut this reexamination of the horrific event with interviews of those who experienced it as well as those who investigated it. The documentary from filmmaker Greg Tillman will chronicle the causes that likely triggered the bomber, Timothy McVeigh, and ask whether McVeigh was part of a larger conspiracy yet uncovered. The Oklahoma City bombing, which killed 168 people, is second only to the 9/11 terrorist attacks as a single event that impacted our culture but so much is still unknown about how it happened. On April 18, Netflix will try to answer those lingering questions.
How Much Does Netflix Cost?
Netflix’s cheapest plan, which includes ads, is $7.99 a month. The standard plan, which does not include ads, is $17.99 and the Premium plan, which does not include ads and does include 4K programming, is $24.99.
