The DIRECTV rewards program, called DIRECTV Perks, is turning one year old and the TV provider is celebrating by providing $50 Amazon.com eGift cards to 500 Perks members chosen at random through February 28, 2025. (The program is available to residential customers of DIRECTV’s satellite and via Internet services, but not DIRECTV Stream.)

DIRECTV Perks offers monthly sweepstakes, weekly instant-win games and other physical and digital benefits such as discounts on movie tickets. The program, which is free to join by clicking here, provides ‘virtual tokens’ based on a customer’s tenure and other actions such as on-time bill payments and a weekly spin-to-win wheel. Once the customer registers for the DIRECTV Perks program, he or she will receive tokens to get started.

As part of this new promotion, effective February 14, 2025, DIRECTV is reducing the number of tokens required to rent a $5.99 Video on Demand movie from 250 to 30. To rent a $19.99 movie, the number of required tokens has been reduced from 850 to 150.

Perks members can also enter to win one of 10 $25 Fanatics gift cards from February 14 through February 28 and one of two DFC Authentic Jerseys, available from February 24 to March 31. The jerseys have been signed by the entire San Diego FC team which plays in the Major League Soccer.
